We invite you to join us (on Select Dates) and experience some of California's FINEST wines at one of 
Palermo's Restaurant Monthly SUNDAY personally selected wine classes.

Each two hour class features up to a dozen fine and hard to find wines from various wine producers throughout the State of California.  Led by our trained professional, Sam Amormino, you will be provided
valuable insight in all areas of wine including:
   Winemaking
   Appreciation
   Enology (technical term for the study of wine and wine making).
   Viticulture (The science, cultivation and study of grape growing).
as well as "Wine 101" fundamentals like how to read labels and basic tasting techniques.

                                     

We encourage you to take notes with the provided booklets that include additional informational fact sheets,
technical data and tasting notes.

Obviously, each class will focus on a different type of wine / winery / vineyard and/or grape - and the wines presented will be chosen for their association with the topic(s) being presented at that class.

There is a brief intermission offered with each class; at which time Palermo's will provide a Buffet-style Italian Food Ensemble for you to sample. (Tony and Sam always have something nice prepared and the portions are huge -
